Tried a new chili recipe tonight. It was my first time using ground turkey, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and beer for chili. I could really taste the Modelo in it, which wasn't a bad thing obvi but meh, it was otherwise pretty bland. I had expected the chipotle peppers to make the chili really spicy but it totally didn't. I like my tried and true Chili recipe more, I don't know why I tried to branch out. Lesson learned.
Cooking for one = there's going to be a lot of chili this week... I'll jazz it up with avocado and lots and lots of cheese.
